About these terms

Elvaraes operates https://elvaraes.com, an online store for women's fashion. These terms apply to use of the store and purchases, together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Contact info@elvaraes.com with questions.

Using the store

You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract in your jurisdiction or have appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate account, contact, billing and shipping information. Keep account credentials secure. Fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized access and infringement of others' rights are prohibited. We may restrict access for misuse where permitted by law.

Products, sizing and care

Review the product description, size guide, materials and care instructions before purchase. Fit can vary by style and fabric. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors; this does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or incorrect product. Follow care labels, especially for satin, lace, mesh, knitwear, embroidery and sequins. Product availability may change.

Prices, payment and order confirmation

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the store. Available shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are disclosed at checkout before payment. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions. Payment must be made using an available checkout method you are authorized to use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; orders remain subject to payment verification, availability and fulfillment.

If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we refund the cancelled goods and associated delivery charges. Price changes do not retroactively change a completed purchase.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, transit estimates, shipping rates and delivery issues. Contact us promptly for cancellation or address changes. We will try to help before dispatch, but a requested change is not guaranteed after processing has begun. Shipped orders follow our return process.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day return-request window after delivery for eligible items. Carefully trying on clothing indoors is allowed; items must otherwise meet the stated condition requirements. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, and no restocking fee is charged. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately. Mandatory rights take priority over policy restrictions.

Intellectual property and customer content

Store content is owned by Elvaraes or its respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; a product listing does not by itself imply an affiliation or endorsement.

If you submit a public product review, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to your experience. You allow us to display that review in connection with our store and products. Private customer-service messages and return photos are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not treated as permission for public marketing use. We may remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or fraudulent submissions.

Service availability and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your rights relating to faulty goods, non-delivery, fraud or other protected claims.

Applicable law and disputes

Applicable United States law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory protections available in your place of residence remain applicable where required. Updates and severability
